Please print, complete and mail, along with your application fee, the following form to:
Tiverton Yacht Club, P.O. Box 54, Tiverton, RI 02878.
OR Please copy and paste into an email, complete the form and send to TYC Membership chair Amy Cooper arkcoop@cox.net Please send check for application fee under separate cover to the above address.
Checks for the application fee should be made payable to the order of Tiverton Yacht Club.
If you are accepted, the $200 application fee will be applied to the required initiation fee, (currently $200) and you will have 30 days after billing to pay your club dues. If you are not accepted into the club, the $200 will be refunded.

This application is made and taken, and if accepted, will be accepted, upon the following conditions:
This application will not be binding on the Tiverton Yacht Club until the membership committee and the board of Directors has accepted the applicant. This applicant, if accepted for membership, agrees to observe and to abide by all rules and regulations made, enacted and promulgated for the guidance and conduct of the Tiverton Yacht Club. Each member is entitled to all privileges and benefits of the club, conditioned upon observation and obedience of the club's by-laws and house rules. Representations or promises not contained herein are not a part of this application and the TYC organization accepts no responsibility for any undertaking or understanding not contained specifically within this application form.
Types of Membership and annual dues are as follows:
1. Family Membership; $500: Applicant who has a spouse or significant other living in the same household; children living with them who use the club facilities.
2. Couple Membership; $400: Applicant who has a spouse or significant other living in the same household; no children living with them; no children who would use the club facilities.
3. Single Membership; $300: No spouse or no significant other living in same household; no children living with person.
4. Senior Citizen Membership; $300: A member who is 65 or older who is single or is a couple, with or without children or grandchildren. Person must have been a TYC member in good standing for ten consecutive years.
